Dr. Hicham CHATOUI
Hicham Chatoui holds a PhD in Neurosciences, Physiology, and Eco-Health from the Sultan Moulay Slimane University of Beni Mellal. He began his teaching career in 2009 at the Faculty of Science Semlalia of Cadi Ayyad University and served as Director of the Health and Agro-Industry Engineering Department at the Private University of Marrakech (UPM). Currently, he is a Professor-Researcher at ISPITS Marrakech under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection in Morocco. An accomplished author and organizer of international scientific events, his research spans telemedicine, e-health, neuroscience, neurophysiology, neuro-immunology, biomedical engineering, nutrition, food safety, and environmental health.

Dr. Otmane KHALDOUNI
Dr. Khaldouni Otmane is an expert in biomedical engineering, holding a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Higher Institute of Health Sciences in Settat, a Master’s degree in Health Sciences and Technologies from the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT) in France, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Public Health from the Lille Institute of Health Engineering (ILIS) at the University of Lille 2.
He is the founder, former president, and treasurer of the Moroccan Society of Biomedical Engineering, the first association bringing together professionals in the biomedical field in Morocco. This organization plays a key role at the national level and aims to expand its influence in Africa and internationally.
Dr. Khaldouni has also made significant contributions to scientific research, publishing several works on biomedical engineering in Morocco. His research offers innovative solutions to address issues related to the operation and acquisition of biomedical equipment in healthcare institutions.

Dr. Abdelhadi EL FALAKI
Dr. EL FALAKI Abdelhadi is the Vice President of the Moroccan Biomedical Society (SMB), a non-profit scientific association dedicated to advancing biomedical sciences and engineering in Morocco.
He holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and Engineering from the Institut Supérieur des Sciences de la Santé de Settat (ISSS) at Hassan First University of Settat, Morocco. .
His academic journey includes a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering: Technologies and Healthcare Territories from the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC), France, where he specialized in advanced biomedical technologies and healthcare systems. .
Dr. EL FALAKI also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Technologies from the Institut Lillois de l’Ingénierie de Santé (ILIS), University of Lille 2, France, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Maintenance from the Institut de Formation aux Carrières de Santé (IFCS), Casablanca, Morocco. .
His educational background began with a Baccalaureate in Physical and Chemical Sciences from Lycée El Wouroud in Kalaat M’Gouna, Morocco. .
With extensive expertise in biomedical engineering, Dr. EL FALAKI is committed to research, innovation, and the promotion of biomedical technologies to improve healthcare systems in Morocco and beyond.

Prof. Halimi Abdellah
Halimi Abdellah holds a PhD in Information Processing, with a specialization in Medical Physics. He is a Professor of Higher Education at the Higher Institute of Health Sciences (ISSS) in Settat, part of Hassan First University, Morocco.
He has extensive experience in academic teaching, research, and curriculum development in the field of health sciences. In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, he currently serves as the Coordinator of the Master's Program in Radiation Protection, where he contributes to the training of highly qualified professionals in radiological safety and medical imaging.
His research interests include medical imaging, radiation protection, signal and image processing in medicine, and technological innovations in healthcare education. Prof. Halimi actively participates in scientific collaborations and regularly contributes to national and international academic events in medical physics and health technologies.
